I recently read about a test of an anti-cell spoofing tool due to a growth industry in unauthorized towers.

When the tool was used in Washington DC, they found 4 unregistered towers, most of them along embassy row.

Some have been found in and around the United Nations as well.

Being that each and every government spy's on each other 4 unregistered towers seems about right. I don't own a smart phone and my GPS tracking device in my phone has been turned off. The only way to track me is from cell tower to cell tower. Or like an idiot once put on my car a "Spark Nano 4.0 GPS Tracker device." Which really sucked WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG! Other then work for a prick for over 14+ years.
