Read about how the new Mayor to get his first budget approved. $1.6 million to hire 40 new Cops and 40 community service cop wanna be. Library hours go up 10% this year I look forward to what happens next year. But back to the new cops coming to the Jacksonville Area I hope they get better training in driving their Cop cars. And how about really screening out the Cops that have that attitude that they're little Gods. Because they work for ALL the tax payers of Jacksonville. And I hope the new cops pension plans go under a different system. Because one day a Mayor with a true set of Balls is going to have to get involved with this cop & fire pension fund, which has become a joke. I'm not a fan of the community service cop wanna be. I as a resident of Jax/Fl I want to know just what they can do and can't do. I hope and pray that Mr Williams is a lot better then Rutherford who was so afraid after being a cop & sheriff that he wouldn't get his Millions of Dollars pension before he left office. So Mayor Curry gets his first Budget good for him and his underlings. But it gets harder as time goes on. Peace to most

Not neccesarily.  The system can keep going ntil it can't pay its liabilities and then bankruptcy can be filed.
