Per the Orlando Business Journal:

Blue Origin, the space company run by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has announced that they will begin launch prep and operations at Canaveral.  They will be leasing Launch Complex 36 to perform testing of their BE-4 engines.

This is also the same engine to be used in the new Vulcan rocket by ULA.

Blue Origin expects to create 330 jobs in Titusville with an average wage of $89k. They will also invest $205M in the manufacturing and processing facility in Exploration Park.  Ground breaking will be in 2016.

Rumors in the press have Blue Origin buying out Boeing and Lockheeds share of ULA. This is doubtful due to the desire of these contractors to maintain some larger voice in NASA space contracts.
