I've been blogging on this website for several years and that is the single most stupid, idiotic and just plain wrong thing I can remember.
Congratulations!

It's a shame his hands have been tied by all the Conservative Republican Doves in Congress.

And yeah, the victim thing is nauseating.

If you lost a relative, friend, colleague, neighbor, etc on 9/11, then I am truly sorry. I certainly cannot fathom how that must feel.

But everyone else needs to move on. I'm not saying forget about what happened, I'm saying put it in context and realize that Americans have it far better than almost everyone else in this world.

Fewer than 3000 people died in the USA on that day (and since then) as a result of terrorism. To date, an estimated 142,659 - 164,530 civilians have been killed in Iraq alone as a result of America's misadventures (misadventures based on obvious lies and cheered on by the majority of Americans). Yet every year on 9/11, Americans wave their flags and try to "come to terms with what happened," etc. No one is shedding any tears for the thousands murdered in our name.

Climb down off your crosses and quit playing the victim card.
Today we should remember the people that died. Tomorrow you can be a loon about your facts. Lets not forget War is Hell. And so many people have been killed in wars since we humans stood up and could fight.

Will you please put me back on ignore? Seriously.

All war is hell, the resources (taken from an economy to exact death on an opponent) in human and $$$ is such a waste. Look at the cost of the Civil War in the US, for 4 years and over 1.2 million dead. Think about what those people could have done and contributed to society if it had not been for the war. All deaths should be remembered, one way or another.

Adam you're on ignore but all this does is it doesn't show me your BS unless I click on your comment. And for you to write what you did IMO you should have kept to yourself. I feel sorry for you. Put me on your ignore list so you don't have to see my comments. In closing please be sure to tighten your "blinders" on so you can keep looking straight ahead. ;)

True and I do think about the people that have died before us. Look at all wars or the holocaust through history. In the middle ages when the Catholics killed so many people.
