Hello everyone. The Bold Bean roastery cafe will be open some time in August. The cafe will will have 10 bar seats and it'll be connected to Knead via a walk through. We're going to focus on espresso in this space. We'll start with the same hours as Knead but may expand depending on demand.  This cafe will be right inside the roasting facility. It'll be the place to go to get excellent espresso and espresso beverages but may not be as conducive to extended hanging out (unless your are as coffee geeky as us  ) as our other cafes, being that it's basically in a manufacturing facility.  We are extremely excited about the experience that this space will offer but it'll be different from our other cafes. It'll be a real great place to experience coffee and have it at its very best. Knead will be expanding their menu upon the opening of the roastery cafe as well.  If you're in the neighborhood feel free to pop your head in to the roastery. If I'm around I'd love to pull any of y'all a shot. -Zack

Once we get everything in place over there we'd like to resume our weekly cuppings (coffee tastings) and we've got some roasting demos and other coffee related events in mind as well.  It's a small space so no tours really but we are excited that we will soon be able to share this space and what we do over there with everyone.

My question would be if the new cafe will be serving the types of coffee as Bold Bean.  I love Knead, but hate I can't just get a Cafe au lait.  They had no way to even heat up a milk.  Love, love all the breads and pastries.

We'll be serving a simplified menu at the roastery but it will include both hot and iced lattes and americanos, espresso, cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados, flat white, etc. It'll be real nice to get proper espresso beverages along with all the offerings at Knead.
