Help with a Mac (& Selling a Mac): Local Businesses?

Hi all:

Easy enough to find people to work on PCs. Wondering if anyone has a "go-to" business when it comes to tech support/help w/ a Mac? Don't want to use the "Genius Bar" if I don't have to...

Furthermore, anyone know where to sell a Mac? Not about to pawn it (I'm not that desperate for money, but even so, I know it's worth more than the price I'll get from a pawn shop).

FWIW, it's a 21.5 inch, mid-2011 iMac running OS X Yosemite. Great condition, perfect really. Simply don't use it. (I already have an iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Air...)

Craigslist to sell it, craigslist for probably both too. When meeting people, just make sure to meet somewhere well lit, etc. I've never had any problems but use your common sense and you should be fine.

A lot of forums on line allow people to post things for sale after a user has so many posts or has been a member for a certain amount of time. Maybe MJ could do something like that.

I'd suggest a bank as a meetup location. Well lit, usually has an armed guard on duty, avoids inviting a stranger over or carrying cash to an unknown location, and most crucially has electricity. You may have an easier time if you use your own bank. Just let them know what you're doing and it should be alright. Bonus points for being able to deposit the money immediately, if you're so inclined.

My '74 Pinto barely has an operable 8-track, nevermind a power inverter.
