as a downtown resident, this has become so frustrating....this week the bridge has been shut down each evening starting at 6pm...simply ridiculous!

The quickest goal. The largest crowd. Jacksonville's new North American Soccer League club couldn't have scripted a better start.

Jemal Johnson scored the fastest goal in NASL history after only 12 seconds, the first of several highlights for the Armada in a memorable 3-1 opening-day victory over FC Edmonton.

Home fans welcomed the new franchise with a league record attendance of 16,164 at EverBank Field, celebrating the first official match for a Jacksonville professional soccer club since 1999.
