The two confirmed Mayoral Debates

There are two dates confirmed for debates between the candidates for Mayor.  On at least two different occasions, similar forums that were to take place found both Curry and Brown canceling at the last moment.  Now there are two debates that Brown's people claim he will attend.

The first agreed to will be a debate sponsored by the Florida Times Union in conjunction with WJCT-TV and First Coast News.  It will take place on Thursday, March 12 at 7:00 PM, at WJCT-TV.

The second confirmed debate is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18th.  It will be held at the Jacksonville University Public Policy Institute and this one will be sponsored  by News/4/ JAX.  I am trying to get the start time and will share it here when I know.

Interesting side not to tonights debate.  Approximately 10% of the expected turnout of voters is already in.  That means a whopping 90% of the vote is still up for grabs.  Tonights debate is going to impact where those votes go.  Make sure and watch or follow Stephens online live blog of the event.  Be that "informed" and "engaged" voter.
