The pen maker has manufactured and distributed its products from a 275,000-square-foot facility in the East Park Business Center at St. Johns Bluff Road and Beach Boulevard since the mid-1990s and already owns the land where the new 50,000-square-foot adjacent headquarters will be.

- I think the actual street is Regent Drive or Blvd.

In years to come, many CT-NY area companies will be moving to Jacksonville.

Ideally you'd like to see Jax be the actual headquarters of a US based export, with OUR companies getting planted overseas, but more manufacturing jobs in the area is a plus no matter who owns it.
