Who do you turn to when ignored by your elected legislative representative?
Jacksonville Waterways Commission meeting 2 day out. At the 8/13/14 was a request by JWC commission members to see the new Downtown Docking zone map that you can only guess who was invited to participate in when putting this together. We don't have a Parks director. 2014-412 the unauthorized purchase of the water taxis. 2014-305 new docking Rules and Penalties. Peter Rummel in the TU about the Landing and the need to use the River. Very Positive. 2014-560 the CRA/DIA and a super duper restricted 4.8mile Waterfront zone.

DIA Board meeting today at 4pm 1st floor city hall. Anyone feel sorry for the Baltimore guys? Who is the RICOKEEPER? The total crushing of economic opportunity on our Waterways? Positive opportunity at the 11/18/14 7 member JEA Board meeting.

That's where we respectfully disagree.  It DOES matter.  Without that separate parcel, there is nothing that would stop a developer from buying the property intact and choosing to restrict public waterfront access on the site.  The city has the property, the next step is to protect this opportunity by ensuring it has public use.
Case in point, the Fuller Warren fishing pier.  History has proven time and time again that if we don't act to preserve, we will demolish.

I've spoken with you on the phone before, you are a very polite fellow and I thank you for that.  But I find it EXTREMELY odd that you can come on here on a public forum, but your office ignores emails upon emails.

If your boss can take the lead on the Riverwalk, why can't he take the lead on the pier in his own district?

6 days out on the RFI for Shipyards. is everyone just stoked and super excited that how many years later and you can only use the RAM dock when RAM is open? Where are you city council? That's right free parking and new comfy chairs.

At the 5/3/13 DIA Downtown Experience subcommittee meeting of the DIA I asked during the presentation. If anyone wanted to use the PUBLIC FLOATING dock that is the only Waterway access to SHIPYARDS III can they? I was told by Paul Crawford and Tony Allegretti and sitting right next to Scott Wilson NO! NO! Is anyone concerned in the teensiest, tiniest, little bit?

You've got VISION. CG7 did you get a chance to check it out? The PUBLIC Floating dock is behind the wooden fence and locked separated parcel. How many people know about this?

Palms Fish Camp! Palms Fish Camp! Palms Fish Camp! Who will be getting a million bucks for doing nothing? PS4 who will be getting millions for doing nothing? Who gets to name reefs and they haven't put a penny in the kitty?

Who should be joining Tony Nelson in Federal Prison? We celebrate the awarding of a pension by a Board to a bad guy.

I've given up on asking you know who about you know what. My elected legislative representative is aware of this.

The recent Jim Love, Kevin Kuzel, Berkman floating dock compromise misrepresented by OGC to the Waterways Commission during the 2013 FIND grant application process. Who should be disbarred?

5 days out from a Waterways meeting (dog and pony show) to make up for the secret meeting. Anyone going? this scenario just repeats itself. Will Mayor Brown be apologizing to the state on this one?

5 years later and still seeking a sponsor to take to the commissioners of FIND ( Florida Inland Navigation District) for a Pocket Pier/ Floating Dock at a Waterfront Public Access street end. A conspiracy to defraud. Who gets the credit?

Planning a BOLD, Tactical, URBAN CORE, kayak paddle from a Redneck launch and make some NOISE as we fish under the brand new NO FISHING signs that was never before Waterways? And this is all happening in our new DIA Restricted zone. I'm All In are you?

Anyone want to write a check for a buck to 2009-442 and I will deliver it personally in 4 days to the full city council? Don't be afraid of this. it's Positive.

I am Downtown and why you aren't.

Jacksonville city council meeting tonight 1/27/15. Will there be any discussion on 2015-38 our 2015 FIND grant application projects?
2015-3 and a new makeup of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission.

Plan on making a scene Downtown 2/22/15 before the official unavailing of the disaterous District 4 Don and Scott, Scott and Don opening of the most restricted Waterways Riverwalk in Jacksonville history on the Southbank Riverwalk 2014-190. You can't make this stuff up. Councilman Redman, Please introduce legislation that will allow Joe Q. Public a commercial opportunity from our St. Johns River an American Heritage River A FEDERAL Initiative in our NEW 2014-560 CRA/DIA 4.8 mile Red Rock Global consultant zone from the Fuller Warren Bridge to the Mathews Bridge. Attach a 10 minute loading and unloading commercial zone somewhere along the 270' of the NEW floating docks. Don't give it to one vendor with a 10 year no compete clause. Restore the PUBLIC TRUST.

I'm All In.
