Just got word that buildout is happening at the old Fuel space. Anyone know what's going on?

Well, I hope they do a good job on the renovation.

Sorry if I'm being a too-cool-for-school hipster, but I REALLY hope it's not a surf-themed taco/burger chain called Jimmy Hula's.  That sounds terrible.  I really can't think of a much worse fit.  Leave that BS at the beach.

I'm not sure this fits five points (still not sure what the hell this place is even after looking at the site), but if they do a good job with the physical, then hey, good for them.

tilapia? Yuck...the most unhealthy fish to eat...if they bring something cheezy in..itll just die...if they dont do their homework theyll be waisting their money and this time next year we will be looking at another dead restaurant.
