Best Chinese Restaurant...

I miss Happy Garden on University  Blvd. and Uncle Pu's on Blanding Blvd. But are there any great Chinese restaurants left in Jacksonville?

That said, short answer: Peony Asian Bistro in Mandarin and Chef Chan's on Baymeadows are the best you'll get (they have takee-outee options, but also more authentic items that they do quite well).

no. right now the peony asian bistro off old st augustine and chef chan's by southside and baymeadows are the only two decent places. And the Dim Sum Room by the Avenues and Silver Star on the westside are mediocre dim sum, which imo means decent overall haha.
