Duke's Place - Jazz Lounge & Bar

Anyone checked this place out? One of the downfalls about not living in Jax anymore. It's located at 521 Forsyth. It looks like they have done a great job with decorating and the interior? I was just wondering if this place has been used for something else before or maybe sharing the space with someone else? From the pictures on Facebook, it looks very nice.
