Congestion Pricing

Congestion pricing would definitely not be necessary or beneficial in Downtown Jacksonville, but NYC is considering charging cars $8 and trucks $21 to enter Manhattan below 86th Street.

London already has congestion pricing in place at $16 per day for cars. The truck fee is rising to $400 per day starting next year.

It will be interesting to see if this is a success or failure in New York.
