Needs a parking garage. Too much of the land is being turned into surface parking.

Did I miss something, I don't see any TOD here.

No TOD. Just an addition to a suburban office park in the middle of the city.

This isn't the JRTC at the Prime Osborn. This was some back office uses that were originally planned to be housed in the JRTC's proposed office building:

This was originally suppose to be a part of the Regional Transportation Center near the convention center. Does anyone remember the old Blodgett Homes that used to be there?
