Hopefully with all the steam building up for companies looking for more space, we can convince TD to move into some of our vacant space!

"TD Auto Finance is interested in at least 60,000 square feet of space and possibly up to 75,000 square feet."

The thinking, and questions, as offered below, could be applied to "any" potential move into the downtown core.

Is it possible that TD Auto Finance could find a location to operate in the DT core?

If it is possible, and surely it is, then if effort were applied to it, how probable would be the success?

Is it ultimately feasible for TD Auto Finance to move into the DT core?  If not, why not?

More questions. ...  Does the mayor and the city council members actually want TD Auto Finance to move into the DT core?  If they do, to what degree can these entities affect the decisions made by TD.  If some in the city council do not wish for TD to move into the core, what are reasons for opposition or complacency?

What other organizations or individuals could oppose or encourage any decision by TD Auto Finance to move into or avoid the DT core?  Are any of these entities ... chamber of commerce, DIA,  etc ..... making any serious effort to affect decisions by TD finance?  Or are some of these organizations actually opposing a move to the core?  Are any of these organizations, or individuals within, gaining if TD were to move to a suburban park?

If one were to imagine the most agreeable conditions making it attractive for TD to move to the DT core, how do these conditions compare to the existing conditions?  What could change to produce those agreeable conditions?  Would having effective mass transit make it more attractive for TD Auto Finance to move to the core?  What are the three greatest obstacles for a company like TD Auto Finance to move into the DT core?

And more questions. ... How many of the 200 workers have lifestyles appropriate for living in the DT core?  If TD decides to move into the DT core, what could be done to encourage some workers to live in the DT core?  What level of incentives, if any, could and should be applied so as to encourage TD Auto Finance to move to the DT core?

Is the chance that TD Auto Finance will move into the city core so slim, that it makes the conversation about it rather useless?

Yeah, I would be very surprised if they moved to the core. Usually when a company considers a potential move to the core, it is noted within the report.
