I'm guessing not much.  Is FDOT proposing to take any COJ ROW?  I don't know all the specifics.

You'd be amazed. FDOT does try to work with communities to integrate their projects into them.  The Overland Bridge is an example. Originally, there was not going to be an interchange at Atlantic Boulevard. A big reason that was added was because the community wanted it.
