A total of 890 single-family permits have been issued during the first two months of year, just a little above the 835 issued January and February of last year. It's well above the 504 in 2012, 369 in 2009, 617 in 2010 and 458 in 2009.

But I thought without a 3 year moratorium on the Mobility Fee, we would lose all momentum?
