of course he's quoted spewing his lies about his "vision" saying it goes back to his little greek town.. yeah I can envision what it must look like, boarded up, weeds, trash, vagrants everywhere.... super high rents, I'm sure its quite a place Mr. Slumlord/paint contractor.  I'm sure you can impress your new monied friends with your cool vacant properties and your fake philanthropy, but for those of us who actually know you... how do you say "get to pumping bilge monkey" in Greek!
