Hi, we are planning to buy a condo or a townhouse in berkman plaza ...they are available for similar price ...what will appreciate more out of those ? What do you suggest ? Townhouse is not directly on the river but on east side ..thanks

Many realtors have no more experience or knowledge than a layman.  They also may have a vested interest in the decision.  Your dismissive answer is inappropriate. 

With anything in Berkman, my first question is what is the status of the HOA.  Are the dues being paid, is the property being maintained, are the reserves being met?  Ask for written proof of the answers.
