I'm not condoning, but is anyone really surprised by this? I can't say that I am; Trolling style Halloween costumes with shock factor is nothing new. These attention seekers have accomplished exactly what they set out to do. Of course if this happened in Jax, that would be an indictment of 'how racist the city is', but since it happened down there near South Florida, it's all good, no one will say nothing because South FL is never racist....
