This is going to be a very unique addition to that part of downtown.  Wouldn't it be great if the Barnett Bank building did become a component of a higher-ed university program?  If the Trio deal happens and a Marriott opens on that corner as well, all of the retail in that area will really stand a chance of being successful.

Well, we discuss synergy and momentum a lot on this forum and to me, it seems the corner of Laura and Adams may just very well be the epicenter for things to radiate out from assuming these projects reach fruition.
