I have been reading and thoroughly enjoying this forum for months, and have decided to join so I can legitimately weigh in from time to time. Congratulations to all of you who fearlessly voice your opinion. I believe I have found the mother lode of the thinking, articulate people of Jax; I couldn't be more happy to participate!

I am a Local, born and bred. I have seen a lot of changes (mostly for the better) including many top-shelf ideas, especially over the last ten years or so. I think this is a beautiful, friendly city with unlimited untapped potential - good to see people tapping it.

I work in the software development trade (proud 'Geek'), and it has blossomed in explosive fashion here over the last few years - who'd-a thunk it?
