Him and a female take an ecstasy pill. She's sweating. He insinuates a sexual act.

I'm no drug expert by no means, but molly isn't even a date rape drug (with amnesia effects). I don't understand why Ross said it like he secretly dropped in GHB or something. Not sure why Ross phrased it like that in his lyrics, being that he 'slipped' the girl a molly though. Here's the song Rocko Ft Rick Ross & Future "UOENO"

On a side note, I like this Trinidad James loop; Pop a molly I'm sweatin' WOO!!!!LOL

Rick Ross William might want to start preparing for his identity theft lawsuit from the real "Freeway Rick Ross!

QuoteRapper Rick Ross is being sued by the drug trafficker Rick Ross for allegedly stealing his name to forge a career â€" and top music industry execs are being handed subpoenas for the trial. Rapper Rick, whose real name is William Roberts, is said to have adopted his stage name from the former c0caine kingpin, infamous for running a drug empire in LA in the 1980s. Drug dealer Ross, who went to jail in 1996 and got out in 2009, says his name has been “exploited and misused since he went to prison and . . . [the rapper] made millions off Ross’ name.” The trial is set for LA in August, and ex-Warner honcho L yor Cohen, current CEO Stephen Cooper and Warner director Edgar Bronfman Jr. are expected to testify.

I take it that you don't like rap.......

Well to rap's defense, it is Rick Ross. I'm not sure he's ever made a song that didn't make references to what he has, gets, or is worth.  Depending on one's view of William Roberts, his lyrics and beats, you'll either love or hate the latest hit....

i remember there used to be a lot ov people who (due to simple misinformation or getting sold the wrong thing) mistook GHB for MDMA.  probably still a few around.

regarding the song in general, it's really terribly written, especially the chorus.  rhyming lexus with lexus on an ABAB should be punishable by electric shock.

Rap is like any other genre. There's good rap, and there's crap rap. And RR is def crap. Those lyrics are pure repetitive garbage that has about zero thought put into them. But most mainstream music is pretty much the same these days IMO & its like everything else. Usually the worst is what you hear about.

One of my favorite stations on Sirius XM is Backspin, because it takes me back to a time when rap wasn't poop like it is now. You can still find decent new stuff, but its not mainstream & you have to really look for it.

Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

^^^I wonder what the compact disc take is. He's probably like... :-\

You're probably right - I don't care for rap so I'm not going to seek out the various types of rap. So I only know what I hear, which would be the most popular stuff.

I'm at work right now so I dare not play the video that Lake linked too. Just look at the youtube screenshot:

Not exactly lyrical genius :)  Hey - at least it rhymes!

(oh, and that's a screenshot, don't click it, it won't do anything:) )

Jay already had some decent rhymes there, there was really no need to throw 'nigga' on the end ov every line.

Those rhymes are actually from Rick Ross...its a street record and most dudes in the streets speak that way. There really isnt a need, but I guess to some ears it sound cool. I do like the beat on that song. I mean it doesnt make me want to rape a catholic nun like hard rock music does, but its a hard beat for hip hop standards.

Sure. Maybe Lil Wayne really is a lyrical genius & I just haven't figured it out yet. Doubtful, but maybe.

Now, you damn kids get off my lawn.
