His first PDQ is under construction right now next to Bob Evans on Hodges just south of Beach.  It's actually been under construction for awhile, but they finally put up the "PDQ Coming Soon" signs this week.

Look for Tim at the grand opening.

The PDQ website says that a restaurant will be opening in Bartram Park also.
