Ask-A-Lawyer - Saturday, September 14th, 9-12, FSCJ Downtown Campus, 401 West State Street, 32202, Rooms T140 and T141

I know that this is very last minute, but hopefully people in need can make it out. I, along with other attorneys, will be giving 15 minute free legal consultations tomorrow morning.

The Jacksonville Bar Association (JBA) is aware that for many in our community, legal representation is cost prohibitive.  Jacksonville Area Legal Aid (JALA) and many pro bono attorneys assist with representing these residents in their civil legal matters, but the need far exceeds the legal resources.

The JBA "Ask-A-Lawyer" opportunities provide legal guidance to members of the public to enable them to seek additional assistance and take steps to resolve their legal matters.

These forums are staffed by pro bono attorneys.
