Remember the guys who JAXPORT attempted to take the land for their proposed private terminal from them? They're expanding.

There was a presentation about this project to the Urban Core CPAC a few months ago.  Several of the CPAC folks were concerned about the particulate pollution from the proposed phosphate (?) processing plant.
