***ATTENTION BREW CREW***

The Springfield Brew Crew has been absent long enough! So, on Saturday, March 16th, the Brew Crew will be making a triumphant return to benefit SACARC.

This time we are going to do things a bit differently. I have come into possession of some very special brews that were donated to the crew by one of our old benefactors: Team Hopheads (otherwise known as Champion Brands). We will also be procuring a few brews from local breweries to taste and enjoy.

But, the main event will be the RARE & VINTAGE beers that I will be bringing from my personal collection. These are truly special beers like two-year old Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary Ale, one-year old Southern Tier Inequity, the hard-to-find Dogfish Head Miles Davis Tribute Bitch's Brew, several difficult-to-obtain Belgian brews, and even a bottle of what may be the rarest beer in the world -- Westvleteren 12! These are just a few of the rare brews that will be available to taste, as the event gets closer I will publish a full list on my website http://www.JaxBeerGuy.com. Be sure to go to my site and sign up for the newsletter on the front page to be sure to get all the details first!

Because it is for the benefit of SACARC, this will be a ticketed event with a limited number of tickets will be available. Tickets will grant you admission to the event, samples of the guest beers (rare & vintage brews not included), one raffle ticket for some great prizes, and the opportunity to purchase tasting tickets for the rare & vintage beers. Admission ticket prices have not been finalized yet, but expect them to be in the $10 to $15 range. Tasting tickets will likely go for $3 to $5 each and grant you a 2-3 ounce taste -- these beers are worth every penny.

As more details of the event are finalized I will post them to my website. For now, mark the date on your calendar and prepare for the greatest Springfield Brew Crew event to date!

Remember, if you want the scoop first, go to my website and sign up for the newsletter on the main page: http://www.JaxBeerGuy.com.
