Pat Corrado says that they will be baking items for a number of other restaurants, have salads and sandwiches at lunch and a light, "tapas style" menu in the evening.   Beer and wine.  He hopes to be open by the end of July.

I have to comment here.  I support local food and do my best to try new places, give them time to work their kinks out and try again.

I went to Domo once.  Was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door.  Thought the interior was fresh, cozy, comfortable and relaxing - I had high hopes for my experience.  Then, we ordered two espresso drinks and two crepes.

My latte was lukewarm and overly sugary and took about 20 minutes when there was a total of 3 tables. 

The crepe... ugh.  A crepe should be tasty even if you have just the dough with NO toppings.  I agree, this place didn't do their homework and wasn't authentic.  That is WHY people went there - expecting a delicious crepe for $8. Not something mediocre.  Mine had "jarred" raspberry sauce, canned peaches and "fake" whip-cream and some kind of processed vanilla creme garbage.  I don't say this lightly when I say it was total crap.  I am completely confident that IHOP would have been better.

I was really disappointed.  So much that I never went back.

Whoever invested their money into this place should have tried harder with fresher ingredients and a better staff working with a sense of urgency. 45 minutes for crepes and lattes?  And this wasn't when they first opened.

I distinctly remember thinking, why didn't I just go try Bold Bean this morning.

This is the benefit of existing buildings even when previous concepts fail. You end up with ready to move in spaces for other concepts.
