Anyone see this blurb in yesterday's City Notes in the Financial News and Daily Record:

"Due to a lack of action items, the Dec. 6 meeting of the Downtown Development Review Board has been canceled."

There is always something to talk about or decisions to be made...that's very lame.  I have to attend hour long conference calls every *week* to discuss goings on at single 98% occupied stabilized multifamily, office and retail properties, I am SURE there is enough to talk about once a *month* for all of downtown Jacksonville!!
