Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches opens its sixth Jacksonville-area restaurant today in Riverside. The 2,100-square-foot restaurant is located at 630 Park St., in the former AJ’s on Park that closed last fall.

I've driven through and ordered at this location a few times but when I pass by they seem dead.  Are they getting enough business to stay afloat?

They are packed during lunch when I drive by, which I imagine is where the bulk of business comes from for any of their locations.
