Paraphrasing: Look at the JEDC. They are being audited right now and they don't have nearly the power we, at this point, will be giving the DIA. I think we clearly have gotten ourselves into trouble the last couple of years, and we should give them more freedom as they earn it not right away just because we don't want to regulate their every move.

They will be back next week to further shape up this bill before it is voted upon on the floor in August.

I'd like to see how many Tea Party peeps would vote for a D...perhaps Mayor Brown is counting on them for his relection bid
