QuoteObama directive offers wildland firefighters health insurance

WASHINGTON â€" President Barack Obama has directed federal officials to offer seasonal firefighters the option of purchasing federal health insurance coverage, White House officials told The Denver Post Tuesday.
On a a recent trip to Colorado Springs, the president was apparently moved by the men and women firefighters he met, senior administration officials said in an interview.

Yup BELIEVE in AMERICA by using the tried and true Creative Destruction approach that Romney is so famous for........to suck the lifeblood out of companies, by outsourcing and other creative destruction tools involving borrowing against these comapanies to let them go Bankrupt.

25% of Bain investments ended up in bankrupt companies that enriched all those involved in their creative destruction.

Private capital over human capital all the way for Romney-economics!!
In a society governed passively by free markets and free elections, organized greed always defeats disorganized democracy.
Basic American bi-partisan tradition: Dwight Eisenhower and Harry Truman were honorary chairmen of Planned Parenthood

Our President did this because it is the right thing to do.  The thousands of firefighters fighting fires out west are considered "seasonal" employees and therefore weren't eligible to receive benefits.  I could never do the job that these brave men and women do.  They deserve to have health insurance.
