Small Project Architect or Structural Eng?

I am planning to put a small unenclosed porch onto my house in St. Nicholas.  I need to get a set of stamped plans from an architect or structural engineer to get a permit. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good person to use?

Sorry - Not sure which forum this best belonged in.

Oh sorry, that is pretty confusing, edited the original for clarity.

I meant any suggestions on someone to use.
