So I got my eco. stimulis aka  Bush  Bucks.  I've not spent them all (Yet), but I did pay bills and purchased a DVD player new $50.00.  Right now my question is, are bush bucks making a difference in the US economy?

UMM... Well, lemme see here;

You make $250.00/hour, by previous admission.

30 hours per week billable time, thats $7500.00 per week. (balance of time spent on 3 martini lunches).

Times 40 weeks of work per year, (because the balance of 12 weeks is spent golfing and vacationing on your private island).

So, that's $7500.00 X 40 = $300,000.00

Now, figuring all of your tax loopholes that any self respecting lawyer would avail himself of, that leaves you with an AGI of $185,000.00.

So, since the economic stimulus "package" phases out at $165,000.00, thus leaving you with no "package", there are only three possibilities:

1. Not too many people wish to engage your services, which reduces your billable hours , thus making your income lower than anticipated, thus yielding the "stimulus package" prize.

2. The actual rate that people will really pay you is far lower than the previously advertised $250.00 per hour,  thus yielding the "stimulus package" prize.

3. You work at the shoeshine stand in the lobby of the courthouse , thus yielding the "stimulus package" prize.


I think that you should buy this phat stretch Hummer with your "stimulus package" for you and your posse and your baby momma.
