What's the estimated finish date on the Courthouse? I'm actually kinda tired of seeing it at this point. I just want the current courthouse to move...

The Johnny Boy Peyton Courthouse might be delayed by the EPA. It appears they used so many pillars that some of those things are on the brink of extinction. Wild pillars are getting harder and harder to find.  The endangered species guys will have to sign off on the building before we will see it open... LOL  ;)

San Marco Station?  Whats up with that?  Any more info??

Perhaps someone from the FTU checked out this thread?  Here is an update:

QuoteTwo years after closing its San Marco restaurant, Panera Bread plans to return to the neighborhood next year, opening a bakery-cafe in a new building at a new development just two blocks from its former location.

The 11,000-square-foot project, dubbed San Marco Train Station, is located at 1440 Hendricks Ave., between the restored South Jacksonville City Hall building and the railroad tracks.

I hope the new outparcel building is built with a little more charachter than what is shown in the renderings.  It seems the company's experience so far is exclusively with suburban strip malls.

Just saw the steel skeleton of the new Oak Street restaurant; holy smokes is it huge!

Once again you guys missed Lee HS.  There is a lot going on there.  Original building has been completely gutted to the structure and two new structures are going up behind the school.  It's a 33 million dollar project.

Forgive me. I'll try to remember it the next time I'm in Riverside with a camera.

Why hasn't there been more info about the Murphy Anderson building?? They have a rendering up on site now.  It looks like 2 stories fronting the street.  A nice improvement to that parcel.

No problem.  I just thought it would be nice for folks to see a little more ground up construction.
