Many of have asked this question in previous posts and have not received an answer. So I decided to make a sperate thread for it. Does anybody have a status on the project? Is it still going to happen? Stephen, Lake,  does anyone have any status on this project?

I have no idea. However, if it's dead, the owner should consider marketing the site to 7-Eleven.

Right because 7-11 is trying to invade our DT anyways so might as well. However, I remember captain saying that he knew the owner and the project was moving forward, however that was about 4 months ago (or longer). hopefully he can shed some light if he's on.

Is 7 Eleven not going in the Magnificat Cafe space?  I saw that Magnificat got a facade grant, so I was hopeful that they are staying put.  (Nothing against 7-Eleven at all; I just like Magnificat.)

I know a relative of the owner.  She is also in Real Estate.  I have asked her about the project many times, but she has not heard anything new for a while.  i know that the project isn't dead.
