As the huge class action lawsuit filed and won against the Big Tobacco Companies reaches its final deadline for claimants in the suit, it has placed an amusing stress on the dowtown posts and shippers who are struggling to meet the demand.

Thousands and thousands of Jacksonville residents are filing their claims through the various firms downtown who have devoted the month to filings.

The news couldnt possibly be more welcome to small businesses like Vikki and Terry Wilkens, the owners of the Hogan Street UPS store.

"We have all of our friends and their friends working until midnight every night to fill the orders.  This place has been a madhouse."  Vikki told us Friday.

"But a blessing"  put in Terry.

"Oh lord yes!"
