The Library party

There is a party and fundraiser for the old haydon burns main library and spar tonight and tomorrow. I dont have a website but there is a facebook event page http://www.facebook.com/#!/event.php?eid=302356169775419. I see live bands and djs, food and alcohol, local artists. I dont see it posted any where but it looks fun though.

I drove by a few times but never got a chance to check it out. It's kinda amusing the Facebook Event described it as "Party where the locals party." Since when have locals partied there?

Stopped in Thursday and Friday.  Nothing special, bit I did like that they tried something there and appreciated the "Patio" effort.  It gave me a "glimpse" of what that structure could be.

So are they actually doing anything with the library or were they just capitalizing on Florida-Georgia?

I am pretty sure that was just for FL/GA.  They really didn't do anything to improve the space for a permanent venue.  Just looked like they were capitalizing on the event.
