I bet things would change if we added Streetcar. Even if it did "only" as good as Tampa, we would still have
4.5 Super-Bowl games worth of tourism brought into downtown and scattered over a year. My own numbers say we'd do more like 6 Super-Bowls IF we promote the Heritage Streetcar in downtown.
