My Letter to JSO in regards to Occupy Jacksonville

Dear Jacksonville Sherriff’s Office,

I was a member of the Occupy Jacksonville Protest occurred on 10/8/2011. I want to say thank you for all the officers who were present at the event. All of the officers present did a great job of controlling the traffic flow on the streets, and none of them not one of them, harassed any protestor.

They were all courteous, answered any questions if asked, and did an outstanding job.
The race is not always to the swift,
Nor the battle to the strong,
Nor satisfaction to the wise,
Nor riches to the smart,
Nor grace to the learned.
Sooner or later bad luck hits us all.

They were GREAT!!!! I am so fortunate to be a part of the great city of Jacksonville!

Gosh, when I read the title of the thread I just assumed it was a complaint.  How refreshing that it was praise instead...thanks for posting!

YEs they had one yesterday at the park across from the library on main street. I missed it, I had to take my son to the Zoo.

Hoop Lady, The Times Union printed no positive press about JSO during the Occupy Protests.
