I'm doing just fine in my other league (the one that impacts my pockets).

Obviously we need to tweak the system a bit for next year.   ;)

Ah... now we know what motivates Lake...
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

I got to make some adjustments, my team is kind of weak this week.

I find the less I stress about it the better.  I was in London all week last week and didn't touch my team unitl I got back late Sat night.....  4-0 baby.

Alright.  Found some success on the first week of radically changing my lineup.  The trade for Detroit's Best looks to be a significant improvement over pretty boy Reggie Bush, who's still having his Kardashian hangover.  Hello, Reggie, Ray J's girl is gone.....get over it and get your head in the game son.

Also, I can't believe someone cut Aaron Hernandez and Victor Cruz were still available on the waiver wire this past week.  Neither were in my starting lineup but now they will be.  Now we have one out of three planners who's not hovering in the gutter of this fantasy football league.  We're getting into bye time, so I'll be waiting for a few suckers to let some good talent go when they come to the realization they drafted without thinking about bye weeks.  Looking forward to giving Jack B. More another loss this week.

well since Jack B. More will most likely be starting Sam Bradford at QB this week, you'll have a very good chance

Sounds like a personal problem.  ;)  Why did Jack B. More draft two QBs with the same bye week date?  Who will Jack be starting at that second RB position?

I got married Saturday and am leaving for my honeymoon tomorrow, so I haven't paid any attention to my team this week. I am not sure what kind of internet access I will have so whoever has me for the next two match ups may be getting a gift. That is if my team didn't suck like the last two weeks.

Anyways if there are any league issues, to damn bad because I will be in the Mediterranean and honestly won't care.

BTW I am the idiot who dropped Hernandez because I didn't want to drop one of my several mediocre running backs when he got injured. I am hoping i can get my head back into the league after I am back and roar to life in the second half.

Congrats on the marraige.

I'm sure we can handle it while you're gone.

Maybe you should PM Field for some advice on how to effectively absentee-manage your team.

I think we should put some $$$$ down next year!  Nothing too steep, I pay $250 (split with my team-mate) for my other league.

A survivor league would be fun too.

Just a suggestion... to get the marriage off on the right foot... do not try to update or access your fantasy team while on your honeymoon... lol.  As a matter of fact... ditch the internet altogether.

Congrats on your marriage... enjoy the honeymoon!!

Jack B. more originally drafted Sam Bradford...then dropped him for Hasselback without looking at the bye weeks....plus Bradford should be back up to ok now that his supporting cast is healthier.
