Have we already made up our mind about the acting general counsel are are we truly waiting for more information?  I have personally never heard of her, but also am waiting for more information...

While I don't know her personally, I know her by reputation.  She has sterling academic and legal credentials.  She's seems to be a good care-taker and perhaps even a good candidate for the job.

Cindy's last day was today, so he needed to name someone, otherwise, it would be sheer chaos next Monday. She still has to be accepted by the City Council though.....so it is acting, till then.
