Hell I'm 45 and I feel like I just graduated high school. But I sure would trade places with anyone I know. 3 ways to stay young 1) marry well ( I knocked that one out of the ballpark) 2) Live somewhere that makes you happy to go home everyday (for me that is Avondale) 3) for god's sake get a kayak, and use it.... alot.

  Looks like my group (55) is pretty quiet here, most of 'em learned when to shut up. Have to agree with the kayak comment - I think the pretty side of Florida is next to water.We just finished building our yaks and are spending all our free time in them. Still some solitude to be had out there too. Y'all get some.

Look, yall need to cool it.  I just turned 56 and I am not feeling old yet.  You gotta keep moving, exercise, try to stay away from the preservatives in the food, and have a good time doing whatever makes you happy. :)

53 and still can't wait to tell the world to "Visit Jacksonville" or "Don't Visit Jacksonville" I'm a kid at heart and can't wait to play in the dirtiest creek in Jacksonville Hogans Creek and continue cleaning it up and have fun doing it. It will happen regardless of age. From a former Pub Crawl participant and one senior jolley,trolley rider.
