Looks like the NBA may be on the verge of a lockout as well.

This is really depressing, especially coming off one of the great seasons in NBA history, and without question one of the single greatest post-seasons of any professional sport. The lockout did so much damage to the sport in 1999, and I'm praying all involved are smart enough to learn from the past and not let another season be wasted.
