Springfield Brew Crew Summer Beer Fest & Cook-out

Summer time is time for hot, hazy, lazy days and cool sea breezes at night. It’s a time for the great outdoors and great outdoor activities. It’s also a time for great, refreshing summer beers. Many breweries create special beers just for summer enjoyment (Google “Summer Beers” for ideas). And that’s what we are going to do at our next Springfield Brew Crew Event â€" we are going to enjoy Summer Brews! Everyone bring a six-pack (or equivalent) to share and let's enjoy some cold summer bews!

Along with the beer theme, I think we should have a food theme. How about that wonderful summer-time tradition of a cook-out! I, your Fearful Leader, will supply hamburgers and hot dogs â€" because that’s the kind of love I have for you. But, it’s up to the rest of you to bring the fixin’s. So, in addition to your RSVP, please post on the Event Wall what you are planning to bring so we get a good variety.
