Yeah that would be awesome if they are open late nights on the weekends. I would think they would do REALLY good. It would then be Northstar, hot dogs, Taco Taco and Olio. Olio would probably be my first pick out of those options personally.

AntigoneStarr

Ate there during ArtWalk, split two sandwiches with my friend (the pork and the chicken) - yummy. Also tried the ginger ale and lemonade. That was super tasty.

Ate there today, great veggie wrap, went with the chips, but should have had the fries! Great atmosphere, would be a great late night food spot!!!

Went there two weeks ago.  Had the Steak and Cheese.  It was very good.  Definitely going on my lunch rotation.

Not trying to be cheap, but I just wish they didn't charge an extra $2.50 for fries. (although they are good fries and so is the aioli sauce).

I stepped in one day last week or the week prior expecting to eat. Instead, I opted to grab the paper menu and step right out or risk smelling like burnt food for the rest of the day. Hoping it's not that smoky everyday! Will try again soon.

Went to Olio at lunch today. They were quite busy and ample parking was available along the blocks surronding it. Great food. I sat there looking out the window at the current courthouse imagining a convention center across the street and how great it would be for the businesses along Bay St.

Also went for lunch today. This one is a winner. It should survive. Food was tasty, prepared quickly.  Nice comfortable space.

The vacant space next door would be perfect for a tap room for one of our local breweries. Any takers?

It was packed! I couldn't find parking!  Did they put more tables in there yet?

no more tables. I was thinking the same thing to myself, he needs more tables and outdoor seating. you couldnt find parking?? There are always open meters along Forsyth St. if you cant find one on Bay St.

I am going to stop in for lunch one day. I thought about it the other day, but decided to try Bistro Aix since it was closer. I may try Olio tomorrow. My goal is to atleast try every resturant in the core atleast once.

Maybe I had Jax City Cafe in mind too :) There was parking closer to the taco place.  Those lunch places need to be able to maximize seating and sit as many people as possible, so more tables would help and make him more $$ I love that shiny hood system he has in there.

Went again Friday for lunch. Drove up at 1:03 pm, immediately found a meter on Market directly across the street.
Put in a quarter for 30 minutes.  Walked in and orderd, had my BLT in 10 minutes. Also got the house chips: not for the faint hearted, seriously thick and crunchy. Washed down with lemon-aide.  Was back at my meter with 2 minutes to spare.   I like this place. The kitchen staff are serious, reminds me of Bistro Aix. Please check it out for yourself and report back.

Also they said they will have beer and wine very soon.

LOVE this place.

It's been my go-to for the last few weeks.

Can't get enough.

The roast beef sandwich with caramelized onions on a pretzel bun (with beer cheese dip) is gonna be the death of me.
