$1.8 Billion for 26 miles makes our proposed outer beltway look cheap...and notice the statement that toll revenues likely won't cover annual bond payments for 30+ years

Let's do what Orlando is doing!!!!

I'm much happier with our recent announcements.  No more highways, just fix what we have.

Indeed- for some reason it is very difficult,or apparently impossible,for humanity to deal with serious problems and behaviour.
