Well it looks like Ortega, Avondale, Atlantic Beach, San Jose, and other progressive parts of town have swung for Hogan.  Many of the African American neighborhoods have also reported.  I'd say that this ratio is probably going to remain for the remainder of the night.

that is totally wrong.  You can see the map at the link that I just posted.  The Urban Core and the Northwest quadrants have not reported yet, and there is only 5.000 votes between them
