crunching numbers very raw here but if we get the projected 40% of reg voter turnout it means just about 75k votes outstanding meaning Brown has gotta win that by 7k at least

They're saying that while 60% of the vote is in, only 45% of the inner-city has reported.  I think it's statistically possible for Brown... but I'm not seeing it yet.

There is a huge difference between a 100% red ortega (which is usually the case) and a 51% red ortega (which is apparently the case tonight
